No matter where your NFT is, others can force-buy it from you.
You protect your NFT from force-buy by paying e.g. 1%/year of the protected-value.
Others can buy it at e.g. 120% (set by creator) of the protected-value price.
1/2, or 10%, of every trade goes to artists.
1/2, or 10%, buys back MINTS & sends them to lockers
In case the NFT was never protected at all, the buyer pays 2000 MINTS
